I further agree to hold Darla Lacey, CPDT and Ultimate Dog Training harmless from fees or expenses incurred in connection with any claim, action or proceeding occurring as a result of my pet’s participation in the program. I acknowledge that my dog’s behavior now and in the future is my sole responsibility. Should any behavior on the dog’s part now or in the future result in damage to the property, owners, or person or property of some third party, owner agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all obligations to pay such damage to owner/handler or third party and to absolve Darla Lacey, CPDT and Ultimate Dog Training of any liability.
